We are so excited to be sharing the big step of the opening our new gym and studio with you. We are creating a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed to exercise at a time that suits you 7 days a week from 6 am to 9pm.
Whats included in your membership
Open Gym 6am till 9pm 7 days a week
The App will generate your access code for entry and also will also give you the range of classes that you can book into.
Once you become a member we will be in touch to book your induction on the various equipment. The gym will have minimal staff but there will be various QR codes to videos to inspire you and instruct as well as cards dotted around for workout plans.
Also for your safety if you find yourself working out alone we encourage you to pick up one of our safety buttons on your way in and if there is an emergency you can simply press it to get our attention at any time.
The Classes are not included in the cost but can be booked on the App and then the instructor will arrange directly depending on their offering.

We will have range of classes on average 3 a day for you to choose from.
