We bring you a space where you can train independently, in a comfortable, relaxed and welcoming environment. Where there is natural light beaming in from the floor to ceiling windows with views across the courtyard and the countryside beyond.
When you arrive, open the app swipe to unlock the door and enter. Connect to the sonos and pick your music you want to train too, head to the studio and grab a mat or foam roller and warm up and stretch. Pick your cardio of choice to get your heart rate increased and then start your weight training. We bring you your gym - home from home.

With natural light flooding through one side of the Barn, wonderful high ceilings and a relaxed atmosphere, Zest MVT is a place where you can genuinely enjoy your training.
We’re fully equipped with plate-loaded machines, a range of free weights and cardio equipment, giving you the freedom to train your way.
We are monitoring the access to ensure the flow of clients is smooth and not crowded, you can even check on your App how many people are in the studio before you leave your home so if you are flexible and would prefer to have it to yourself you can go later. With that in mind we do have a magic number…. once that is met the membership will close and the waitlist will start….. get in there before that happens.
